IMPORTANT:
⚠️ EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are fully responsible for any damage to the photobooth equipment caused by themselves or their guests during the event. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
⚠️ TIME & OVERTIME POLICY
Clients are granted a 30-minute grace period after the end of their scheduled rental time to complete use of the equipment. Any use beyond these 30 minutes will result in an additional $100 late fee, which will be charged automatically.
⚠️ PAYMENT POLICY
All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable and subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policies outlined by the business.
⚠️ TRAVEL & LOCATION FEES
Travel within a 30-mile radius of Philadelphia is included. Events located outside of this area will incur an additional travel fee based on distance, time, and event requirements. Extended travel and out-of-state bookings are available for Deluxe and Premium packages only and will be quoted accordingly.
⚠️ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Bihi LLC is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to power outages, venue restrictions, delays, or interruptions during the event.
