By joining the Bihi LLC Partner Program, you acknowledge and agree that commissions are only paid on completed and fully paid bookings. Canceled events, refunded payments, unpaid balances, fraudulent transactions, self-referrals, fake bookings, or abusive promotional activity are not eligible for commission payouts. Commissions are calculated based on the final amount paid by the customer, excluding taxes, processing fees, discounts, refunds, or additional adjustments. Bihi LLC reserves the right to deny, withhold, modify, or revoke commissions and referral privileges at any time if misuse, misleading advertising, impersonation, spam promotion, or any activity harmful to the Bihi LLC brand is detected. Partners may not present themselves as employees, owners, or official representatives of Bihi LLC. Referral commissions are only valid when the customer properly uses the assigned referral code during the booking process, and Bihi LLC is not responsible for missed commissions caused by failure to apply the code. Commission payments are only issued after the referred event has been successfully completed. Bihi LLC reserves the right to modify commission percentages, program rules, payment structures, or terminate the partner program at any time without prior notice. Submission of a partner application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
