With professional backdrops, custom designs, and an on-site attendant, every detail is designed to provide a seamless, interactive, and memorable experience for your guests. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment To secure your event date, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your event. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability. The retainer may be applied toward a new event date within 60 days. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event are non-refundable. All cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to availability and final approval. Event Duration & Overtime Your booking includes the agreed service duration. A 30-minute grace period is provided following the scheduled end time to allow guests to complete their experience. Any use of the photobooth beyond this 30-minute grace period will incur a $100 late fee. Additional overtime may be accommodated upon request and availability. Setup & Venue Access Clients are responsible for ensuring timely access to the venue, as well as adequate space and power for setup. Delays outside of our control may impact service time. Liability The client assumes responsibility for any damage caused to equipment by guests during the event. We are not liable for interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to power outages or venue restrictions. Media Release Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event, captured photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes. Travel & Service Area We proudly serve Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Standard package is limited to the Philadelphia service area. Travel within a 30-mile radius is included. Events located outside of this area may be subject to a travel fee based on distance, time, and event requirements. Please note: Extended travel and out-of-state bookings are available for Deluxe and Premium packages only, and a custom quote will be provided.
